This is an absolutely fantastic business. We have four kids and two dogs and spend a lot of time in our suburban, and as a result, we were in desperate need of some major cleaning. Carlos, Kristina, and their great crew worked wonders on our vehicle. It looks like it's brand new. My family and neighbors can't believe the difference. And they are so affordable, other businesses were quoting me double what I paid here, and I truly can't imagine anyone being able to do a better job. They were also very professional and pleasant to work with -- even giving me a ride back to my home after I dropped the car off. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I 100% recommend Diamond In The Rough.
They can work miracles! I am so happy with the service I got and how great they made my van look. I highly recommend and know for a fact that I will be back when my kids wreck my van again!
Awesome! My son just bought his first car. It's a 12-year-old car that was stinky and dirty inside with dull yellow headlights and these guys made it sparkle! The headlights look brand new! I took my 2-year-old car to them and it looks better than new. The people are friendly, outgoing, and go above; not just to do a good job, but to provide exceptional service. Thanks, Guys!
Took my 10-year-old Nissan in for the full-meal deal. Carlos' & Kristina's crew works hard and it shows. INside and out, everything shines. Plus, they could hardly be nicer people. This is how a business should be operated.
Carlos and his crew did a very good job. I had him detail my 2002 Camry, which hadn't been truly cleaned since purchased, and it looks nearly new. They took care of lots of stains and dog hair, and efficient and had very reasonable prices. I will be using them again.

Stellar work... I've taken several vehicles here and Carlos us insanely detail oriented. Evry nook and cranny was spotless inside and out. He's the only detailer I will ever go ti! Not to mention, always professional.
My dually truck was no easy detail. Not only is it a very big truck but the panels were lifting off the sides. (Typical of Chevy;s) I decided to have the panels removed. This shop removed the panels, and all adhesive material and then buffed it to a shine! It looked so much better. They also deep cleaned a lot more than I had expected. It looked brand new! There prices were also very reasonable and I will be a returning customer. Thank you!
The owners did a great job getting the car spotless, they were even able to get every strand of dog hair out of the upholstery. When I told them I was selling the car they threw in some special touches to make sure the car looked great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Carlos went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was clean and that I was happy. He even delivered my car! Pricing was good too.
